When my AC broke I called R.E. Long Services and they were able to come out and fix my AC the next day and they did it without breaking my checkbook. They were very professional and nice people to speak with. I’m glad I called R.E. Long Services.

Huge thank you to the team at RE Long!! I called in and spoke with richard about needing a new AC unit after that’s what another company recommended and I wanted to compare pricing. He was very informative and set up an appointment for the very next day to have someone come take a look. Eric came out to look at my existing system and was able to make a warranty claim and fix the system without me having to completely replace it. I truly appreciate their honesty and willingness to help me as a single mom rather than try to get me to buy things I didn’t need! Can’t recommend them enough.

I’ve had a lot of issues with my upstairs drain line clogging over the years. I came home to a wet floor the other day and realized the problem has gotten worse than it has been in the past. Eric came out and diagnosed the problem and to my surprise, it wasn’t as bad as I expected. He cleaned the drain line, changed out some fittings and replaced the over flow sensor to prevent it from over flowing if it ever clogged again. I also signed up for a maintenance plan so they come out and keep my units clean and inspected every year. So far so good!
